本文介绍了X射线外标准法在水泥熟料矿物的定量分析的应用。此法可用于测定水泥熟料的矿物组成和水泥的水化程度,有一定的精确度:与内标准法相比,具有试样制备简便及测试时间较短的优点。
Abstract：A method of quantitative mineral analysis by X-ray diffraction using an externalstandard has been described.This method may be used to determine the mineral com-position of the cement clinkers and to evaluate the hydration degree of cement pastesand clinker mineral pastes with acceptable accuracy.In comparison with the method ofquantitative analysis using an internal standard,the present method simplifies the proce-dure of preparing samples and shortens the testing time.
