陶瓷材料压痕弯曲梁中残余应力的研究

研究了Knoop压痕弯曲梁中两类不同的残余应力——表面机加工残余应力及压痕残余应力随,退火温度的变化规律,发现退火处理可以完全消除由于机加工而导致的表面残余压应力,但只能部分消除由于压痕而导致的裂纹尖端处残余拉应力。由于较高温度下的退火处理可能导致材料性能的改变,因而退火处理不是一种消除残余应力的有效方法。

Abstract:

The variation of two types of residual stresses, i. e., residual surface stress and indentation residual stress, with annealing temperature in Knoop indented bending beam made of ceramics is studied. It is shown that the residual surface stress generated by machine grinding can be eliminated completely by annealing process, while the residual stress due to indentation can be reduced partly only. Annealing seems not to be an effective method to eliminate the effect of residual stress due to indentation, because material properties will be changed after annealing beyond a specified limit of temperatures.
