高温时,LaAlO3的立方-三方相变符合二级Landau模型;低温时,由于序参量的量子饱和,Landau势应加以修正。序参量的量子饱和与声子模的量子饱和相联系。从量子Landau势出发,借助于Raman谱分析,讨论了LaAlO3低温时的相变行为。
Abstract:At high temperatures,the behavior of the cubic-rhombohedral phase transition in LaAlO3 is consistent with a second-order Landau mode.At low temperatures,taking the quantum saturation of order parameter into account,the standard Landau potential was modified.Order parameter saturation is related to the quantum saturation of the phonon modes.From the theory of quantum Landau potential and by means of Raman spectroscopy,the phase transition behavior of LaAlO3 has been investigated at low temperatures.
