本文探讨了:(1)氟、硫在硅酸盐水泥熟料矿物中的含量和分布,及其对熟料矿物的结晶形态、晶胞参数和微观结构的影响;(2)在水泥生料中掺入萤石、石膏复合矿化剂后,造成水泥熟料出现凝结时间不规则的原因。 在进行上述研究时,采用了化学分离、化学分析,X射线衍射分析和SEM-EDAX等测试方法。
Abstract:Distribution of fluorine and surfur in portland cement clinker and their influence on morphologies, cellparameters and microstruetures of clinker minerals were studied. Chemical separation, chemical analysis, XRD and SEM-EDAX were employed in the study.The cause of irregular setting of the clinker to which the fluorite and anhydrite mineralizer are added during burning was investigated.
